For moving companies
Become a HyreMover moving partner
Tell us about your business, the moving services you offer and the routes you cover. It takes about five minutes, it is free, and it commits you to nothing. A person reads every application.
What this does and does not do. Submitting registers your interest and your service area. Pricing, exclusivity, delivery speed and credits are still being decided, and no moving company is signed up yet. This is not an agreement to buy anything, and nothing is charged.
How moving leads work lists what is and is not settled, and the moving partner FAQ answers the rest.
What happens after you apply?
- A person reads it. Not an autoresponder, and not a sales sequence.
- We check what we can verify. Your identity and operating history from public records, your USDOT registration for interstate work, and your license with the state where your state requires one.
- We confirm your coverage. The routes and the moving services you actually want inquiries for.
- You go on the list. When business terms are settled and inquiries are flowing in your market, you hear before the public page changes.
This form asks for no payment details, and submitting it does not create an account or a contract.
What should I have ready?
- Your service area. The zip codes, cities or counties you actually want work in.
- Your services. Which moving jobs you want, and which you do not. Some companies decline interstate work, storage or specialty items.
- Registration and license. Your USDOT number for interstate work, and state license details if your state licenses moves inside the state. Many do not, and "not licensed here" is a complete answer.
- Insurance. Your general liability carrier, and whether you carry workers' compensation.

What do moving companies ask before applying?
Does applying cost anything or commit me to anything?
No to both. The application is free, nothing is charged, and there is no contract to sign, because the business terms are not decided yet. It records your business, service area and moving services, so you are already in the queue when matching opens in your market.
What do you need from me?
Your legal business name and contact details, the routes you cover, which of the eight moving services you want and which you do not, your USDOT number if you do interstate work, and your state license details if your state licenses moves inside the state.
Many do not, and "not licensed here" is a complete answer.
What happens after I apply?
A person reads every application. This is not an automated onboarding flow. We confirm the routes and services you want, check what the public records show, and come back to you. Because matching is still being built, the next step is usually a conversation, not a switch being flipped.
Do I need a USDOT number to apply?
Only if you do interstate work. There, FMCSA registration with household goods authority is required, and we will check that the number matches your legal name and address. A company doing only moves inside one state is governed by that state, and its rules range from a full licensing system to none.
Can I choose which inquiries I receive?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Tell us the routes and services you want and the ones you do not. Interstate moves, storage and specialty items are all jobs some companies decline, and sending one to a company that does not want it wastes everyone’s time.
